What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Telebirr, CBE Birr, Bank of Abyssinia, and Cash on Delivery (COD). For inter-city logistics, digital payment is preferred.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are processed to your Telalakiw Wallet instantly after a dispute is resolved in your favor. You can withdraw wallet funds to your bank account within 24 hours.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. We do not store your full card details. All transactions are processed through encrypted gateways compliant with Ethiopian financial regulations.
